My Thoughts:

I read this manga for the first time years ago (...when did it even come out?) and I loved it.I love both the main characters so much. Shima is so cute, and Togowa is really quite hilarious. Both of their backstories are tragic and heartbreaking.

THOSE SEX SCENES THO!!!

haha I feel like I say that with every many I recommend~ I love me some sex scenes~ 

Yoneda Kou's style isn't a style I usually like, but it didn't bother me.

It's  been such a long time! Over a year since I last wrote a manga recommendation, what am  I doing with my life?
It's not that I've not been reading manga, because BOYYY have i been reading manga! I just haven't had the time to sit down and think "why am I recommending this?"

Sure the "mature man falls in love with high school student because he's freakin' adorable" thing has been done plenty of times in yaoi manga but hot damn it's like sweet and sour chicken - I AIN'T NEVER GON' GET TIRED OF THAT!

I really love Ruri Fujikawa's art style! I think I have a new name to add to my favourite author/mangaka list !
Please read this manga, it's so sweet - I hope you like it!!

School Life and Yaoi are my favourite combinations, in you've read my recommendations before you'd know this, so it's really no surprise that I love this manga so much
The art style is literally my favourite manga style ever.

I was thinking about buying hard copies of yaoi, and I want my first ever bought yaoi to be special so I dont want to buy something  like  Junjou Romantica. I want it to be specialllll.
If only I could find this online I'd buy the hell out of it...regardless of price IT'S THAT GOOD!!!

Manga Recommendation #18 - Kuroneko wa Shippo de Amaeru

Oh I am on a roll with these manga recommendations! This manga is so good and is in desperate need of frequent updates!

Basic plot:
Cute high schooler Kazuya rescues a weak cat but because his mother is allergic to cats, his neighbour Sakaguchi (an author) offers to take in the cat causing Kazuya to visit his house ever day.
One day Kazuya suddenly confesses to Sakaguchi - who thinks it was just childish nonsense. But Kazuya's awkward confession seemed cute to Sakaguchi....dun dun DUUNNNNN!!!

My Thoughts:
SO CUTE. SOOOO CUTE. LEIKSRSLYSOCUTE

Manga Recommendation #17 - Koi ni Nare!

I realise I posted a Manga Recommendation only 2 days ago but I just read this manga and it is just so fierce!!

Name: Koi ni Nare!
Author: Tsukimura Kei
Genre: Yaoi,  School life

Plot Summary:
"Komatsu Shin was shaken when he was found out to be gay, but his roommate Nakajima was unaffected and arranged a blind date for him. However, the guy who showed up was actually the dorm supervisor, Shindo-sensei!"
(That is a pretty accurate summary, so I just went with it~)

My Thoughts:

School life + Yaoi = Happy meee!!!

3 chapters in and there hasn't been much 'physical' action, but I am expecting great things from this manga! 

Nakajima is a wonderfully thoughtful friend - I love him~

Komatsu the type of uke I can deal with - he's adorable, realistic and so very angsty! I love him!

I also love Shindo-sensei because he's a seme with morals and although he is a flirty little cheesepuff, he is yet to push Komatsu down because of his responsibility as a teacher (not sure how long that'll last though!) 

So, yes...Shindo-sensei is fabulous, I love all the characters in it and this manga needs to hurry up and be updated because I'm crying without it.

In the meantime READ IT!!!~

Manga Recommendation #16 - Gosan no Heart

Genre: Yaoi, School Life

Basic run down:
Miki doesn't take love seriously because if he does it becomes tiresome "he treats love like a game" using girls as he wishes. One day he overhears Udou unsuccessfully trying to reject a girl and steps in declaring that Udou belongs to him " But what starts out as a way to relieve the boredom of daily life quickly becomes serious.."
OHHH!!!

My thoughts:
Firstly with School Life and Yaoi being my favourite genre combination ever I had such high expectations for this manga. and I was not let down!!
The art is wonderful and even though the story line isn't exact original it's still so sweet and definitely one of my favourites~
It's delightfully hot and funny.
Do you guys remember the "Ferris wheel sex" that appeared in Junjou Romanitca and how delicious it was?Well this manga has one tooo! It was so hot I'm not even mad that it's not original ehehe

also yeaaa I know being attracted to a 2d character is socially unacceptable but Udou's brotherrrrr... *drools*

Manga Recommendation #15 - Koi Shitemasen!

Name: Koi Shitemasen!
Genre: Yaoi, oneshot


Basic Plot Thing:
This series is ongoing and I honestly can't wait for the next update!~

1- Back in university Nakajima was shy and a little nerdy ^^ One day he confesses to his junior Takeuchi who brutally rejects him. Now in the present day, Nakajima has totally reformed hoping to forget his demon junior he created a new Nakajima.
Unfortunately for him...Takeuchi managed to hunt him down

2- Ryoji Tsukano starts working as a personal servant for Yanase-sama TO SEEK REVENGE (!!!) because Yanase made his company go bankrupt...or something.
The 'revenge' plan doesn't go very well when Ryoji falls for Yanase's super sexy body and beautiful faisu.

My Thoughts:
I loooove this manga!
The first story was so cute, I wanted more but...like I said in Manga Recommendation #14 it's always the epic cute ones that are oneshots.
I liked how Takeuchi was all like "Naaaah bro you don't get to manipulate meeee" he's so sassy.
The only problem I had with the first story was that at the end...it's Nakajima's fault for not wanting to hang around and wait for Takeuchi to realise his feelings...This is the guy who harshly rejected him and then proceeded to use him. HELL NO. I'm pretty sure than anyone in Nakajima's situation would have got the hell out of them, or killed Takeuchi, either/or.
I'm sorry Takeuchi, you don't get to blame Nakajima -you're an ass. Hot. But an ass :)
I still love you though

As for the 2nd story -  I really liked it! "Tsukano...you came to attack? You're bolder than I thought *smiles*"  My favourite part!
It made me laugh sooooo hard when Tsukano's plan went belly up BUT THE END WHEN....yeah read it and find out ;)

Manga Recommendation #14 - Koi no Shizuku

Name: Koi no Shizuku
Genre: Yaoi, School life , One shot, SO CUTE



Basic Plot
1 and 2 - Two university students, Maya and Narusawa have a purely physical relationship...but that soon changes :D
3 - Tsukasa live above Miyakawa, he always drops things causing Miyakawa to return them, of course Tsukasa rewards him ;)
4 -  Takase is drawn to Sora (both high school students) his feelings develop..but wanting to protect his friend from himself Takase decides to pull himself.
5 - Kikisui works in a cafe. Recently Miyamamo has been showing up every day. He's just a normal attractive salary man with a huuuuge crush on Kiksui.

My thoughts
So I recently read this super cute manga, there are 5 oneshot stories and they're all pretty lovely ^^
My problem with manga is...when the story is so cute  you find it's only a single stand alone story. The  longer series are good but sometimes I feel like it's kinda run it course y'know....kinda like Junjou Romantica or Viewfinder. Don't get me wrong! I love both of these mangas!! It's just...I find the storylines to be way too long. like 70 chapters?? Not for me sorry (≧◡≦)

Anyways yeah.... I really liked this manga! One shots are too short!~

Manga Recommendation #13 - Senpai

Title: Senpai

Genre: Shounen-ai, CUTE

Basic Plot

Kou's senpai and boyfriend/lover died exactly one year ago in a car accident, he's feeling super depressed and thinks about skipping class. First year Saki sees him and offers him comfort thinking he's ill...he walks him to school. Kou is shocked when he sees Saki because he looks like his senpai. The two bond over the next few days and get closer and closer...!

My Thoughts

OH DEAR GOD THIS IS CUTE

I don't really read Shounen-Ai..I'm more of a yaoi person, but THIS WAS SO ADORABLE! The relationship was so lovely. I had to remind myself constantly that there wouldn't be any hot sexy scenes because...it's not yaoi, but at the end...I just really really wanted the manga to end with insanely steamy sex!!!

Maybe i'm too perverted for Shounen-ai now...Ah, where did my innocence go!?!

And fantasise about the graphic sex scene that should have been included ehehe

Manga Recommendation #12 - Kuroneko Kareshi no Asobikata

Title: Kuroneko Kareshi no Asobikata
Genre: Yaoi, Smut

Basic plot:
Shingo is a werecat, he lives a carefree life doing whatever he wants and whoever he wants. Until one day he meets Kakami, a gorgeous famous actor, takes a liking to Shingo...if you know what I mean ;D

My Thoughts:
This is an ongoing story and I like where it's going!~
The art is wonderful and I like how it's not JUST about sex, even though it is smut, the idea that Shingo has trust issues and Kakami can help him overcome those issues...I like it!

Usually I don't like anything...animal related but I'm not sure what it is, but I really enjoyed the fact that they're both cat/humans...I think I may read more from Aya Sakyo!!

Manga Recommendation #11 - Recipe no Oujisama

Title: Recipe no Oujisama
Genre: Yaoi, CUUUUUTE!

Basic plot
Sakai has been living a pretty stressful life, he dreams of following his grandfather and open his own restaurant he attends cooking school which is located 3 hours away from where he lives because he's constantly exhausted and stressed he decides to move into the city to be closer to his school.
He moves into a new apartment with 3 guys and a huuuuuge mess...

My Thoughts:
I love this manga!
It's ongoing and really needs to be updated as soon as possible! I love the style and the storyline!
I would like to say more about it, but everything would just be praise, I honestly can't say anything bad about this manga! Junko truly is a fabulous mangaka.

I would really encourage you to read it!!!!!~

Manga Recommendation #10 - Hidoku Shinaide

I couldn't help myself...HIDOKU SHINAIDE HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MILLIONS OF YEARS.
Let's do this!!!

Basic Plot:
Ohhhhh what to say! There are a few stories in this
Nemugasa has good grades...but they've been dropping since he started his second year. He needs to improve his grades to keep his scholarship, he has to get the top mark on his next test or he would have to leave the school.
While studying, Nemugasa over hears Maya talking with his friends, Maya also needs to pass this exam or he'll be kept behind. He isn't worried though, he said he'd just make a cheat sheet....this gives Nemunemu an idea..!
Unfortunately for him, Maya saw him. He offers his silence, for something in return..... *wink*

My Thoughts:
OH SWEET JESUS ON A POGO-STICK, THIS MANGA. THIS MAANGAAA....!!!!
I really like this manga :D
I love Maya and Nemunemu!!
There are other shorter stories in this series, they're all school related or childhood friends who hang out after school...and I looooove school life manga!!
I want to say more but it's all just praise praise praise <3 I'm just so happy it's been updated, IT'S BEEN WAY TOO LONG.

Manga Recommendation #9 - Porno Superstar

Genre: Yaoi, Comedy, Sexy and fabulous (those aren't really genres...ah well)


Basic Plot
Yamashita is a 26 year old virgin, he's unpopular at his job and doesn't have much of a social life. He spends his evening watching the videos of his favourite gay porn actor, Hikaru.
By a strange twist of fate he RUNS INTO HIKARU ON THE STREET (just imagine this happening to you...seriously, imagine it!) and offers himself to him...you know what I mean ;) Hikaru accepts him and they go to a hotel.
But are things just too good to be true?!

My Thoughts
Ohhhh I love this manga...so very much!
I'm not sure what it is that I like about it, I don't think it's anything specific.
The storyline is original, the art is fantastic the uke doesn't annoy me and I don't want to beat the crap out of the seme! Could things be any better?!
'Porno Superstar' ... It draws you in, doesn't it? ehehe

Unfortunately it's an ongoing series, as of today (9th April 2013) 3 chapters have been released. Don't worry though, I have appointed myself as chief informer. YOU WILL KNOW WHEN THIS MANGA HAS BEEN UPDATED.

Manga Recommendation #8 - Harapeko Usagi to Koisuru Ookami

This manga is totally relevant for Easter....bunnies xD

Stern faced Shirou loves cute, soft animals especially bunnies, one day he meets Kou, a struggling university student who has a part time job at a rabbit-cafe, he's soft and cute like a bunny and Shirou immediately wants to help him.

My Thoughts:
Adorable! So adorable!
I love mutual love so much, they're both so cute. I cant really say anything else other than AWWWW!!!!!! :D
My favourite type of seme is the soft and sentimental type who is always misunderstood. AWW MAKES ME SO HAPPY :D
I liked this manga, it was too sweet for words ^ㅅ^

This manga is so long and it's still ongoing as far as I know.

I like this description, it's is similar to mine but more detailed so :

Asami takes Takaba captive in an attempt to subjugate and possess him.  My Thoughts
This manga is always met with such opposing responses, some love it and some really hate it.
I actually really enjoy this series.
I find the characters to be very complex, and well established.
Akihito is not the typical effeminate uke that we see all the time in other yaoi mangas, he's really quite strong and independent and he deals well with Asami's abuse.
My opinion of Asami constantly change, at the beginning I really couldn't stand him, I found him cold,  abusive and often cruel. But after a few chapters...i'm not sure why but i started to warm to him, maybe it's because Akihito started to warm to him too...? I don't know. Asami is like the king of all Semes which probably tells you everything you need to know..!
Throughout the manga you can see their relationship change and develop: at the start Asami treated Akihito as an object, like a toy that he could play with...or so he thought, but because of Akihito's resilient nature Asami saw him as something different and not as some meaningless human he could sexually take advantage of (or so I think)
Feilong is a character with many levels...I think out of all of them, he is the most complex, and my favourite!~

This manga is definitely one of the more 'hardcore' yaoi mangas i've ever read. Many people can't look past the 'rape' in this but if I'm totally honest...there is way more consensual sex in ViewFinder than there ever was in Okane ga Nai! But I don't want to compare the two.

I love the artwork, Ayano Yamane's style is one of the very best in my opinion ^^
I don't like the anime...it's not really an anime it's an animix...and I personally don't like that.

So...to conclude, I like this manga, it is one of my favourite, there are some things in it which are designed to shock and be hard to read so I would advise you read it cautiously...
That being said...READ IT! ;D

I love how even though Aki-nii kinda instigated everything...Yuuri was the one that went up to him and embraced him.
It's like the uke is taking control and i love it :D

It's so cute how Aki-nii cares for Yuuri

My Thoughts:
ADORABLE AGAIN!
I really love Childhood friend/Classmate stories, I think they're so cute :D

The second story is unfinished?!?!? DAFUQ! :(

1- Hazuki goes to a University reuinion and sees Waturi, a guy he had a physical relationship with, remembering these moments he realises his feelings...but has Waturi changed?
2- Oh this one is adorable! Hiroya is a 3rd year in Univeristy, and his roommate Suzushiro is an enthusiastic freshman...Hiroya comes back to the dorm to see a gloomy Suzushiro, the reason for his change of mood? He's in love with someone (total character plot twist guys!~)
3- Yuuichi and Kazumi's hate for each other fuels their burning passion and love....a little twisted but...It works!
4- Akira is taken to the infirmary by Miyagi who has a deep interest in Akira....however, Miyagi isn't actually a doctor...!
5- an ex-host is now working as a nursery teacher and he unexpectedly fall in love with one of his colleagues....
6- A young man gets a cat...his lover is jealous of all the attention he's giving it. This story is kinda funny...very short though
7- Hazuki and his lover are in a long distance relationship, only meeting at weekends. It's cute how the interact with each other

My Thoughts:
I already kinda gave my thoughts on some of them.
I think the 2nd one was my favourite! You dont really expect the freshman to have a complete personality change! One minute he's a cute little puppy...then he can suddenly take charge and act like such a seme !~

The story was really interesting too. I particulary liked the "Be A Bad Child" story (chapter 2 onwards)
